In the article I submitted last week on differential fees and national funding, there was a “cut and paste” error in the table comparing Ontario and BC. The table reads that BC requires credit checks for student loans, however, only Ontario require credit checks. BC still does not allow banks to require students to pass a credit check before they receive a student loan.

I just wanted to clear that up. Can you please print this letter as a bit of a correction?
